Get Odds

Our manifesto

There are things we no longer use but aren’t ready to lose.

A ticket stub from a first concert. A mug made at camp. Ribbons soaked with chlorine from summer swim meets. Things that somehow made it through every move, every clear-out, every promise to finally deal with that box.

We keep them for a reason. Sometimes we need to see them to remember what it is.

But we also want room. For a new home, another person, whatever comes next. And somewhere between keeping everything and throwing it away, our practical and sentimental sides find themselves at odds.

We call this the Keepsake Dilemma: how do we let go of the stuff without losing what makes it matter?

We believe we deserve a better answer.

Because a life leaves behind some pretty good things. Bad pottery. Excellent handwriting. A shirt we wore until it barely qualified as one. Evidence of what we loved, who we knew, and all the people we’ve been.

Those things deserve to be seen again. Their stories deserve to be told while we still remember the details. A box we never open or the digital attic of our camera roll can only do so much.

Odds is a place to give them another life. To save the object, tell its story, and come back to it. To keep it close, whether or not we keep the thing itself.

We’re on a mission to give 10 million much-loved objects a meaningful future.

Starting with the one you’re thinking of right now.
